I've always had a passion for running, and over the years, I've been fortunate enough to turn that passion into a successful coaching career. Growing up, I ran cross country and track in high school and went on to compete at the collegiate level. After graduating with a degree in Exercise Science, I knew that I wanted to help others achieve their running goals.

I started coaching runners on the side while working a full-time job, and quickly realized that this was my true calling. Seeing the progress that my athletes made under my guidance was incredibly fulfilling, and I knew that I had found my purpose.

In 2010, I started my own coaching business, where I work with runners of all levels - from beginners to elite athletes. I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their running, no matter where they're starting from. My coaching philosophy is based on creating a personalized training plan for each athlete, tailored to their goals, strengths, and weaknesses.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of coaching runners to personal bests, qualifying for the Boston Marathon, and even winning local races. Seeing my athletes achieve their goals is the most rewarding part of my job. In addition to coaching, I also host running clinics and workshops, where I share my knowledge and expertise with others who are passionate about the sport.

As a coach, I'm always learning and growing. I stay up-to-date on the latest research and training techniques, and I'm constantly seeking out new ways to help my athletes improve. Running has given me so much over the years, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be able to give back to the sport as a coach.
